What currency do you accept?
Website pricing is available in CAD and USD - Simply scroll to the bottom of the webpage, and select your preferred currency.

Where will my order ship from?
Orders are made in, and shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! Right now the website is set up to ship within Canada and the United States, but we do offer worldwide shipping. To place an international order, contact me!

What are your processing times?
While my standard processing time is 10 business days, please note that during busy seasons, there may be slight delays. For custom requests, please allow up to 20 business days. All orders are different, so please dont hesitate to ask for an estimate on how long your order will take. 


How can I exchange something?
To return something, contact me directly for instructions. Please make sure your return falls under our return policies, and never return anything without contacting me beforehand.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason, I am happy to exchange it for you. Please note that exchanges are not accepted on personalized items, items made to order, or earrings. Anything personalized is final sale. While I do not offer refunds, we are happy to find something suitable for you jju. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date the order was shipped, in its original packaging.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account. Orders shipping within Canada will always have tracking information available. Orders shipped to the USA will not, unless that option is selected at the checkout, at the time of the order. You can still check the status of your order (whether still pending, completed, shipped) here on the website

What couriers do you use?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. International orders get passed on to local mail carriers, such as USPS.

I need something fast, can you help?
Of course! To have something ship out sooner than scheduled, purchase the Rush Order option from the shop - if this isn't available, contact me directly. This will get your order processed much faster. If you have any questions about Rush orders, please contact me before placing the order.

How do I care for my jewelry?
You can view our product care page here. Each order also comes with a care card, with detailed instructions!

I don't see my size listed..
Contact me! I am size inclusive, and do my best to make all sizes available. This website platform only allows a certain number of variants, so it makes it difficult to list all of my available sizes.

Can I customize my jewelry order?
Absolutely! I am always happy to take requests for extra customization. Simply contact me by filling out the Custom Request form.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift certificates?
Gift Certificates can be purchased here. All of my products are beautifully packaged before shipping, and ready for gift giving!

Do you offer repairs or resizing services?
Yes, I offer repairs and resizing, though not all items can be resized. Contact me and let me know what service you need to get started!

Can I request a specific metal or material for my jewelry?
Of course! This would fall under a custom request. Fill out the Custom Request form, and you will be sent a quote for the item via email.

Do you have a physical store where I can see your jewelry in person?
Not at this time.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?
I periodically offer sales throughout the year. These are generally posted on the website, as well as all my social media platforms. Sign up for the email list in order to be notified when sales go live.

How long does it take to receive a response if I contact you with a question or concern?
I generally respond within 48 business hours. 

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Yes, and no - This depends on whether or not I've started your order. You are absolutely welcome to ask, and I will always do my best to accommodate when possible.

How do I know what size to order?
If you don't know your ring size, contact me! I have a printable ring size chart, as well as a sizing guide to help you find your perfect fit.

Can I see more pictures or videos of the jewelry before I make a purchase?
