Absolutely! Right now our website is set up to ship within Canada and the United States, but we do offer worldwide shipping. To place an international order, contact us!
What is your return/exchange policy?
If you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we are happy to exchange it for you. Please note that exchanges are not accepted on personalized items, items made to order, or earrings. Anything personalized is final sale.
While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to find something suitable for you. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date the order was shipped, in its original packaging.
How can I exchange something?
To return something, contact us directly for instructions. Please make sure your return falls under our return policies, and never return anything without contacting us beforehand.
I need something fast, can you help?
Of course! To have something ship out sooner than scheduled, purchase the Rush Shipping option from the shop. This will get your order processed much faster. If you have any questions about Rush orders, please contact us before placing the order.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account.
Orders shipping within Canada will always have tracking information available. Orders shipped to the USA will not, unless that option is selected at the checkout, at the time of the order. You can still check the status of your order (whether still pending, completed, shipped) here on the website.
What couriers do you use?
We use Canada Post to ship all orders. International orders get passed on to local mail carriers, such as USPS.
What are your processing times?
Please note that all items are made to order, and take time to complete. We do out best to get all orders out within 10 business days, however this is not always possible around holiday seasons.
