Melissa made me a custom three stands birthstone bracelet for my sister. There was ongoing communication, lots of changing of mind on the design on my part but Melissa was so patient with me! She offered many options and when I gave it to my sister (this was a surprise!) she loved it so much. The bracelet was dainty and beautiful and might I mention how reasonably priced it was.

What great service and products - What i like most of all though, is the love that goes into every piece Melissa produces. I've had a ring that i've had on my index finger now for 3 years " Never - Ever, Give up: I've not once ever taken it off. Although I love each and every piece this ring as been one of my favorite pieces. Melissa puts her heart and soul in every piece of jewelry she makes. So in all honesty not only are you getting a remarkable necklace/ring/earrings, you are also getting a piece of her heart. The quality speaks for itself. I've never -EVER taken off my ring and 3 years later, it's still as beautiful as day one. Thank you Melissa and please don't ever stop making beautiful jewelry.

I recently purchased a necklace with 2 charms on it with my granddaughters names and birthstones plus I ordered 2 stacking rings with their birthstones. These items arrived and I was blown away. They are far better than I thought was possible. I am so in love with them and she included bonus earrings. I can't wait for more grandchildren so that I can add to my rings and necklace.

At the beginning of June, I messaged Melissa to inquire about having a custom ring made. I sent her a picture of the style of ring I was looking for and what I wanted engraved on the ring. Melissa consistently worked with me to find the perfect font for my ring. No matter how many times I changed my mind, she continued to provide me with excellent customer service! Absolutely love her jewelries! I found her from online craft shop and immediately fell in love with her jewelries. But not only the jewelries were great, Melissa made sure that my order was taken care of after the shipment. Because it was shipped during COVID, all mails were delayed. Melissa kept in contact with me until I received it. When I got it, there was earings added as gift! It was such a wonderful shopping at her shop and I will be back for more!
